- The speaker does not include a battery and requires an 18V/2A adapter for use.
- The remote control uses a CR2032 button cell battery.

- TWS Mode (Main Speaker to Sub Speaker): 2–3 meters
- Bluetooth (Phone to Speaker): >10 meters
- Infrared (Remote Control to Speaker): >5 meters

- During the first power-up (after plugging in the adapter), the circuit requires initialization (5–10 seconds). If the touch power button is pressed immediately, it might not respond. In this case, touch the button again, and it will work as expected.

- The protective film on the silicone pads at the bottom has not been removed. Remove the film to allow the silicone to provide cushioning and reduce vibration.

- Press the Bluetooth button on the remote control or simultaneously press and hold the "+" and "-" buttons on the speaker for 5 seconds to quickly enter pairing mode.
- If the connection still fails, restore the factory settings by simultaneously pressing and holding the "+" and "-" buttons on the speaker for 8 seconds, then try reconnecting.

- Press the TWS button on the remote control or double-click the power button on the speaker to quickly enter TWS pairing mode.
- If the connection still fails, restore the factory settings by simultaneously pressing and holding the "+" and "-" buttons on the speaker for 8 seconds, then try reconnecting.

- The speakers have two modes (Music and Movie). Use the "EQ" button on the remote control to switch modes.
- In TWS mode, the "EQ" button is not synchronized across both speakers. If the "EQ" button is pressed on one speaker, the other will not change automatically. You need to press the "EQ" button individually for each speaker.
- Note: The infrared remote control requires proper alignment with the speaker. If not pointed directly at the speaker, the signal may not be received.
