At NILLKIN, we are committed to providing high-quality products and reliable customer support. This Limited Warranty applies to products purchased directly from the NILLKIN Official Website.

The warranty period begins on the date the order is delivered.

Warranty Coverage

Products must be purchased directly from the NILLKIN Official Website (www.nillkin.com). Products purchased from other websites, marketplaces, retailers, distributors, or unauthorized sellers are not covered under this Limited Warranty and should be handled according to the seller's own warranty policy.

This Limited Warranty covers manufacturing, material, or workmanship defects identified during the applicable warranty period.

If a covered defect is confirmed, NILLKIN reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to repair, replace, provide replacement parts, offer store credit, or issue a partial or full refund.

This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

This Limited Warranty Does Not Apply To

  • Products not purchased directly from www.nillkin.com;
  • Products manufactured by companies other than NILLKIN;
  • Discontinued products;
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers or channels;
  • Products without valid proof of purchase.

Warranty Exclusions

This Limited Warranty does not cover any issues resulting from or caused by:

  • Improper installation, setup, or operation;
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or improper handling;
  • Unauthorized modification, repair, disassembly, or alteration;
  • Use contrary to product instructions;
  • Use with incompatible devices, accessories, chargers, or power sources;
  • Improper charging practices;
  • Normal wear and tear, including but not limited to scratches, dents, coating wear, fading, discoloration, material aging, cosmetic deterioration, or other appearance changes that do not affect product functionality;
  • Accidental damage, including drops, impacts, crushing, bending, water damage, liquid exposure, fire damage, or other external causes;
  • Damage caused by third-party products or accessories;
  • Damage caused by cleaning, improper storage, transportation, or environmental conditions;
  • Natural disasters, power surges, lightning, flood, fire, or other events beyond NILLKIN's reasonable control;
  • Lost, stolen, misplaced, or missing products or components.

Screen Protector Policy

Claims for screen protectors must be submitted within 7 days after delivery.

Coverage applies only to:

  • Manufacturing defects;
  • Shipping damage;
  • Incorrect items received.

Damage occurring during or after installation is not covered.

Warranty Claim Requirements

To submit a warranty claim, customers may be required to provide:

  • Order number or proof of purchase;
  • Product photos;
  • Videos demonstrating the issue;
  • A detailed description of the problem.

Failure to provide sufficient information may result in the claim being declined.

Important Notes

  • Normal wear and tear is not considered a product defect.
  • Cosmetic changes that do not affect product functionality are not covered by warranty.
  • Products replaced under warranty do not receive a new warranty period. The remaining warranty period of the original order shall apply.
  • Warranty claims submitted after the applicable warranty period has expired will not be accepted.
  • NILLKIN reserves the right to inspect, verify, approve, reject, and determine the eligibility of all warranty claims.
  • Warranty coverage applies only to products purchased through NILLKIN official sales channels.
  • NILLKIN reserves the right to modify, interpret, or update this Warranty Policy at any time without prior notice.
