We understand that sometimes our products may not fully meet your expectations, and for this, we sincerely apologize. If this occurs, please contact support@nillkin.com as soon as possible and provide us with comprehensive images of the product and packaging within 60 days of purchase. We will promptly arrange after-sales service.

All items are eligible for return or exchange within 60 days from delivery(Note: Custom engraved orders with specific names, initials, logos can not be returned or refunded. Great piece of kit. I’m having to work away from my office a number of days a week and don’t like using the laptop keyboard so this has been a game changer. I don’t find the keypad very responsive or easy to use but other than that it’s been a good addition to my office equipment

I have a Samsung Fold 7 which was more powerful than my laptop, so i decided to use it for work meetings more. This keyboard came up as top rated on a google search so i gave it a shot due to how economical the price was [especially compared to the phone!]. it's a little heavier than you think, but it give a very solid feel to the buttons and folding out. the keyboard keys have a really nice mechanical action. the touchpad is great. there are some software conflicts on my phone, but trying the cupboard on other devices, it's definitely the phones problem, not of the keyboard [for example you need to switch on the auto-disable the on-screen keyboard in Samsung options for the spacebar to work properly, not a problem on ipad]. charging doesn't take long, and it lasts for ages. there is a physical off switch to save the battery. the off white colour is very nice to look at, but i find i am carrying it in my coat pocket a lot without the case so i worry about scuffing it. they little soft case they give with it is very nice touch. possibly the perfect accessory. the designers really poured a lot of thought in to it. can't wait to see what they come up with next!
