How to Add Worry-Free Delivery
You can select Worry-Free Delivery Insurance at checkout before placing your order. Once purchased, Seel will send the policy details to the email address used for your order.

Can I cancel the Seel Worry-Free Delivery service and get a refund?
Yes. If it is within 24 hours of purchase, click the cancellation link in your Seel confirmation email. If it is more than 24 hours after purchase, please contact NILLKIN customer support at support@nillkin.com. Refund eligibility depends on order status and Seel policy.
What should I do if my claim is denied?
If your claim is denied and you believe it was a mistake, please contact Seel customer support directly at support@seel.com. Seel can explain the reason and assist with further steps.
Is Worry-Free Delivery Insurance required?
No. It is optional. You can choose whether to add it during checkout.
Will NILLKIN handle the claim directly?
Claims are reviewed by Seel. NILLKIN can assist with order information, but the final claim decision is made by Seel according to its policy.
